ARTIST OF THE MONTH

ARTBOXY curates an ARTIST OF THE MONTH each month, which is specially highlighted on ARTBOXY and social media.
Registration deadline: On the last day of the current month
The winner will be announced in the first week of the following month.
All artists worldwide who have been verified by ARTBOXY are eligible.
Participation is free; registration is exclusively via the ARTBOXY platform.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Registration

All artists of any nationality can apply, there is no age limit.
The registered artwork must be the work of the artist and he/she must own all copyrights for it. This means that the artist must have made the artwork him/herself and it must not be a copy of another artwork by another artist!
All art forms and techniques are permitted.
No pornographic, racist or ethically unacceptable works will be accepted, the decision whether to accept an artwork lies solely with ARTBOXY.
Every artist can submit a work of art.
Every artist can also register with works that are not for sale.
The application deadline is on the last day of the current month

2. What does this contest entail

ARTBOXY curates an ARTIST OF THE MONTH each month, which will be specifically highlighted on ARTBOXY and social media.
The winner will be permanently noted on ARTBOXY, receive a personalized certificate and will be published on ARTBOXY's Instagram channel.
The Winner will be selected by the ARTBOXY curators and there will be no further correspondence about the selection, apart from the official communication.

3. Legal

The artist accepts these terms and conditions with his/her registration.
The artist declares with his/her application that he/she is the author of the registered work of art and that he/she has not made a copy of a work of art by another artist.
The copyright of the artwork remains at all times with the artist, but ARTBOXY has the right to publish the artwork on its own website and on all its own social media platforms.
The curatorial team is composed of various persons experienced in the field of art. For the protection of the individual members, the names are not disclosed. Patricia Zenklusen, CVO of ARTBOX.GROUPS GmbH, is the head of the curatorial team.
aIn the event of a discrepancy between a translated version of the General Terms and Conditions and the original German text, the German version shall prevail.
Should individual provisions of this contract be invalid or unenforceable or become invalid or unenforceable after conclusion of the contract, the validity of the rest of the contract shall remain unaffected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision the effects of which come closest to the economic objective pursued by the contracting parties with the invalid or unenforceable provision. The above provisions shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event that the contract proves to be incomplete.
