ARTBOXY offers an artist the extraordinary opportunity to use the Open Atelier at Casa del Arte ( www.casadelartepalma.com ) for one week, worth EUR 3000, and to be creative there directly during opening hours.
The winner will not only receive access to the studio, but also exhibition space to present and sell additional works. Gallery visitors can witness the creative process live and interact with the artists.
Application deadline: December 31, 2025
The winners will be announced on January 7, 2026.
All ARTBOXY Premium members worldwide are eligible to apply.
Participation is free; if an artwork is sold, the artist receives 70% of the sale price and the gallery receives 30%.
Registration is exclusively via the ARTBOXY platform.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Registration
All artists with an ARTBOXY Premium membership are eligible to participate .
The submitted artwork must be the artist's own work, and the artist must own all copyrights to it. This means the artist must have created the artwork themselves, and it cannot be a copy of another artist's work!
All art forms and art techniques are permitted.
No pornographic, racist or ethically objectionable works will be accepted; the decision as to whether a work of art is accepted rests solely with ARTBOXY.
Any artist can also register with works that are not for sale.
The registration deadline is December 31, 2025.
2. What does this tender include?

ARTBOXY will award the winner a week in the Open Atelier at Casa del Arte, including exhibition space.

The application deadline is December 31, 2025. The winner will be announced on January 7, 2026.

The date will be arranged directly with the winner.

The artist is responsible for organizing and paying for the transport of the artwork to the exhibition space. Specific delivery details and the exhibition date will be discussed directly with the winner. Unsold artwork must be returned by the artist after the exhibition. All relevant dates and information regarding the exhibition will be communicated to the winners immediately after the announcement. In the event of a sale, the gallery will receive 30% and the artist 70% of the sale price.

The winner will be selected by the ARTBOXY curators and, apart from the official communication, no further correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection.
3. Legal aspects

By registering, the artist accepts these terms and conditions.

By submitting their application, the artist declares that they are the author of the submitted artwork and that they have not made a copy of an artwork by another artist.

The copyright of the artwork remains with the artist at all times, however ARTBOX has the right to publish the artworks on its own website and on all its own social media platforms.

The curatorial team comprises various art experts. To protect the privacy of its members, their names are not being disclosed. Patricia Zenklusen, CVO of ARTBOX.GROUPS GmbH, heads the curatorial team.

In case of a discrepancy between a translated version of the General Terms and Conditions and the German original text, the German version shall prevail.

Should any provision of this agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose intended by the parties with the invalid or unenforceable provision. The foregoing provisions shall apply mutatis mutandis in the event that the agreement is found to contain a gap.
